British Cycling chief: Chris Froome case is a ‘blow’

British Cycling chief executive Julie Harrington tells BBC sports editor Dan Roan that Chris Froome’s “adverse” drugs test at the Vuelta a Espana has been “a blow reputationally to British Cycling and to the rider himself at a challenging time”.
